This would probadly be a stomp for Lucas as Star only has a low 7-C move, Lucas is 7-C in Base.

Star would win if she could go in her yellow butterfly form otherwise she'd probably lose.

Lucas does still have amazing self healing and counter.

In butterfly form her blast stopped toffees great Regen that's why I think she's win with that form.

In Mother 3, Lucas' HP takes a while to drain even if he was hit with a one hit kill. If he sets up PSI counter, all damage could be reflected back to star. Before his HP drains to zero, he could use PSI Lifeup and still live.

This is a stomp going by Standard Battle Assumptions, as Star is Low 2-C with the Royal Wand.

However, Lucas' counter reflects all damage, and Lucas' HP takes a long time to drain from a one hit mortality.

HP countdown is all game mechanics and doesnt apply here. Lucas either oneshots Star or gets oneshoted.

Lucas being able to reflect all damage is an NLF. There's nothing suggesting that he could reflect a 4-dimensional attack.

Lucas still has multiple types of forcefeilds that can halve damage (PSI Sheild, Sheild, Counter, PSI Counter) so he has a great chance of tanking attacks.

Again, not a 4-dimensional attack. He's not surviving an attack capable of destroying the space-time continuum when he's only Town level, no matter how many forcefields he puts up. He's still 3-dimensional and cannot even fathom a Universal+ spell.

Either way this is a stomp match. Either Lucas oneshots or Star oneshots.

Plus, he won't need to apply forcefeilds if he has a magypsy momento, and attack with PK Love or PK Flash. PK Flash has a small chance of a one hit kill, and PK Love is one of the most powerful PSI moves in the game, being only rivaled by Ness PK Rockin, and Poo's PK Starstorm.

You keep making arguments for Lucas winning when that's not the point. The point is that this is a stomp match regardless of how you look at it. Either Lucas oneshots or Star oneshots.

Besides, you can't make arguments as the OP. You can only provide information for those who have questions, and keep tally.
