Also, question is DBS somehow pulls an ass pull and gains good enough had and speed ( Very unlikely imo. ) will DB vs SS be unbanned or would it still be too controversial?

I mean all the lower tiers of db and ss which can match up, are already set, since it's already happened and ss wins easily there. For the higher tiers, only one ss character is low 2-C, and i higher doubt anyone in db will beat him due to his causality manipulation.
So the only thing that can potentially make it fair is if zeno secretly has some ridculous hax, which is unlikely and even then he would have to deal with gods who have mid godly regen, type 8 immortality and causality manipulation as a base ability, and have more on top of that, it's highely unlikely any db character will be on such a ridiculous level.
