Squirtle vs Knuckles the Echidna (OVA) (GRACE)

Well, most of asquirtle pokedeex entries say It retract to inside It sheel and atacks withwater after. so IC squirtle would probable enter his sheel and randomly atack with water moves

Knuckles has mobility and skill advantage and sinse squirtle should have problens seeing inside his shell I will vote knukles sinse he should have no problens dodging the turtle atacks and striking back untill knocking out the turtle
 
Of course, the fack he "withdraw to his shell" could be interpreted as using Dura increasing moves what would make It dificultier to Knuckle but should still win trough skill and mobility to slowly punch the turtle shell while dodging the atacks
