This is both of them at their peak, speed equalized and the fight takes place in Prehistoric Africa with them both starting ten meters away from each other.

Spike's AP/Durability advantage is very minor (95 vs 89 MJ) so the two are practically equal.

That said, Spike is smart enough to snap an opponent's neck (he did it to that Tyrannosaurus) and he has far superior LS meaning he could tip over MR Spino and break his sail and thus spine... but on the other hand, MR Spino is also skillful and smart enough to use stealth and superior size to his advantage and may have sharper or more efficient claws overall...

MR Spino lacks the size advantage here (Spike is ever so slightly but still noticeably larger, and much heavier) and stealth will be useless here, so even with MR Spino's experience on taking prey larger than itself I'd still favour Spike due to the slight AP/Durability/Size/LS advantage and due to the fact that MR Spino's weakness is a very glaring one that could easily be abused by Spike.

I'd give it to Spike but it definitely won't be an easy fight.
