Spider-Man vs Smallville Superman

Superman has more powers (Heat vision, Super Breath, Freeze Breath and a few more in that version), he can't fly so he is going to be reduced to fight to the ground.
I think Spider-Man can win this because he has far more combat experience, the Spider-Sense would allow him to react, dodge and counter Superman's attacks.
