Hmm. Not gonna lie, I like this match more than what I was having in mind for Dark Carnage.

Anyway, Surfer should be better. Right now it should be a stomp for Spidey.

His AP scales from Quasar, who is comparable to Phoenix Rachel. She is capable of defeating hungry Galactus who is higher than Thor, who is comparable to Hulk, whose powers Dark Carnage having.

His abilities are also much better.

Although, I don't know if this fight will be fair with Surfer.

Can't Carnage Mindhax?

Then again Spider-Man probably knows the only way to kill Carnage is transmutation, so transmutation gg, it's a poor match either way, so... sorry...

I think he can't? I mean, there are too many times Spidey resisted Mindhax that this is just laughable. Hell, I recall him countering even biology based mindhax by creating antibodies.

I don't think he has a Resistance to Carnage one though, his showcase against symbiotes is laughably low.
