Spider-Man Speed Upgrade?

Sense apparently street level characters like Daredevil and Cap are getting Massively Hypersonic boosts (Mach 827 more specifically) due to microsecond statements. Well I have two things to present.

1) the link I showed shows Spider-Man stating himself he's 40x faster than people like Captain America and Daredevil. Which puts Spider-Man at Mach 33,080 or sub rel.

Or 2) Spider-Man (yes this is Spider-Man he took some pill that makes him look like venom to get close to Osborn) speed blitzes someone with a super soldier serum/Goblin juiced hybrid in a microsecond.

Eye balling it he seems to have leaped 5-15 feet. 10 feet would be 4443.149x speed of sound to Mach 13,329.447. MHS+ to sub rel.

Or 3 Spider-Man/Electro have implied he's faster than electro who's lightning speed.

And according to this web sight lightning is 1282.799x the speed of sound.

Basically Spider-Man should be anywhere from MHS+ to Sub Relativistic.
