The scans below show Mosaic fighting for control over Spidey, and his body creating "antibodies" to fight off Mind Manipulators. Seems pretty straightforward, and should give Spidey Resistance to Mind Manipulation. It is good to note that Mosaic does end up taking control of Spidey's mind in the end.
Not sure if there's any Biological Manipulation, although Mosaic does say he's causing the "rewriting of chemical systems". Not sure on that, but eh.
