Speed to time travel?

I had this question for a while, how fast something has to go to time travel?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KB24FakYVmc

According to well, Einsten. He said that only a relativistic speed must be needed.

But others said you have to go faster than light, because at that speed... time doesn't matter any more.

Any ideas?

It generally depends on the verse, in something like the old DC Comics, FTL travel was needed to move through time, other verses have it much lower (Like the famous 88 mph from Back to the Future).
