Can somebody explain to me the differance between infinite, immesurable and irrelevant speed?

If I remember correctly...
Infinite Speed: Can move even indefinitely even if time is frozen, travel anywhere instantly (Teleportation doesn't count)
Immesurable Speed: Movement beyond liner time (I can't remember the full discription for this one sorry
Irrelevant: Anyone Tier 1-A or above since they are beyond all time and space and the definition of speed is irelivent to them.

Since speed equals distance/time,
Infinite speed is when you are able to move somewhere in literally no time at all. The value for time in the equation is zero, so the value for speed is infinite.
Immeasurable speed is for characters beyond linear time. In this case, time has an undefined value in the equation, so speed cannot be calculated.
Irrelevant means that the concepts of distance and time do not apply as the character transcends them, so the idea of speed is meaningless.
