I'll make this simple.

Say if someone is able to move 10x faster than the standard speed of sound? Does this make them mach 10? And if so, lets say that someone can boost their speed by 1,000,000 times. Does that make them mach 10,000,000?

This might be obvious but im a bit confused on the speed differences.
