The character create shield, and blockes lasers that come at more than 10 at the same time, is this ftl+ reaction?

No, the lasers have to follow the laser requirements and depending in when the shields where put up it would change the reaction speed

if we take the lasers in FTL and, the novel implies that it is directly shielded and blocked, then can it be counted

It needs to be calculated.

You need to find when the character placed his/her shield up, as well as finding out how far the laser was from that character's location/POV when the shield was placed up.

It could range from Relativistic to FTL, whether those lasers were significantly far away from him, or very close to him.

Calc seems impossible, because it is mentioned in novel

So don't know why this is in Staff Discussions, I shall be moving it to Q&A. If it needs to be moved back for some reason, do let me know.
