Is it depicted as more energy based or was the formation it comes into existence?

From what I understand formation of creation of Space-Times like the Big Bang that aren't treated as an expansion of energy and just form into existence, it's just unquantifiable according to Ultima. (Though here it's clearly no less than infinite speed)
