I'm asking here cause I've heard both ends of this from several threads on the wiki and I don't see a detailed enough answer about it on the vs threads forms. So I wanna get what staff say, and maybe get the issue covered if there's a disagreement on it.
When equalizing speed, does that equal their attack too? Example
Mysterio is let's say Average human, but he can use Pure Light as an attack. And his Opponent is Hypersonic.
If speed is equal, would that also equal his attack speed, should his opponent not be as fast as it? Or is his attack speed still light speed vs neither of them being close to light speed? How does that work?
