Spawn: The omnipotence of the Mother of Existence?

Usually people say that he is all-powerful, but it's all true? I would like to specify some things that emerge from the comics. In the comic no one says that he is omnipotent. Only Spawn says that he would have absolute power, and he wonders why he does not avoid the apocalypse. But he replies that it can not be avoided because there are laws, but these laws are desired by him. So this would not be a limit of him, unless we do not consider that he can not act to the above logic. One possible limitation is that he failed with his children. Its obvious limitation is the feat when he is banished from Earth, but to him that relate?

I would like to know your opinion. Draw up a list where you write the evidence that he is omnipotent and evidence that he is all-powerful. Also if one is a creator that does not mean that he is all-powerful, if one has the absolute power because he is a supreme god that does not mean that he is omnipotent.

NB Neither One above all is all-powerful as seen in comic infinity finale

We do rate count the Mother of Existence as omnipotent, or even as tier 0.

Well, there is no reliable proof for either claim, and we do not even use the term Omnipotence.

If she's one with the Creation then she's must be the same tier as "The Presence"
