Speed will be equalized, and the fight will take place in Seth's city, with both fighters starting 100 feet away from each other.
Otherwise, Standard Battle assumptions apply.
While I'm pretty confident Sparky would win against a weaponless Seth, Seth Calico with weapons is up for debate. What do you think?
