Huh...I guess Base Characters would be 8-C, Maybe Low 7-B+ because they fought a robot that used natural lightning and created a storm (that banished when he was beaten) and scale to MHS+.
Then there's From that in his third form claimed he could vaporize an entire city so...calc the city of the second game and that's the tier for Super Form tier characters.

I think that might be quite accurate, I still think Freom could be mountain level or island level with his ultimate form. I hope someone actually makes a whole page for spark the electric jester verse and characters in vsbattle wiki cuz that would be very helpful to scale these characters for any future video.
