Would infinitely compressing the space-time within a select area (just for an example, say about 50 meters) be considered as a 4-D usage of Space-Time Manipulation or an infinite 3-D usage?

Pretty sure manipulating space-time by default would be 4-D regardless because of it controlling all 4 dimensions.

Really?.... well if so, would doing to an infinite degree be considered as Infinite 4-D hax potency for that specific ability then?

Not really, because at that point it’s just range. The potency would upscale if it has feats of affecting beings with resistance to space time hax.
