Small Change for Skirk.

I just want to remove Skirk's Hydro Manipulation here

Skirk indeed taught almost all of Childe's abilities but that doesn't necessarily means she ALSO manipulate the Hydro Element because Childe didn't have the Hydro Vision yet back when he was still 14 nor does we know how is Skirk can manipulate the Hydro element. So besides the Foul Legacy, Skirk only taught his Fighting Style not how to manipulate the Hydro Element.

Instead, As we know, Skirk taught Childe's the Foul Legacy which is an Abyssal Power and Somehow with Electro Powers in it. so thats just mean Skirk have Electro Manipulation instead of Hydro Manipulation via the Foul Legacy that she taught to Childe because it contains Electro Power.

So the Electro Manipulation should be added and replace the Hydro Manipulation.

I mean.. Its just a small change so i dont think theres a problem, and its also a confirmed thing not from the leaks.

After this then we can wait for her in June 18th.
