Skullduggery Pleasant VS Harry Potter

To bring up the old debate: I think skulduggery can just shoot harry and thats it, really.
Otherwise in Skulduggerys favor is his ruthless fighting style.
Harrys own fighting style was rather bad in that he didn't use the most efective spells like teleportation, might control and transformation in serious fights, instead relying on explosions and disarming spells.
Aside from shooting, elemental manipulation can archieve similar effects against harry, by disarming him or slamming him into the next wall and skulduggery has the speed advantage.
The advantages harry has are his superior power, which he usually doesn't employ, at least not from the start of the battle, and the large varierty of effects his spells can have, but the effects are rarely effectively used
So all in all I give it to the guy that fought all kinds of magicians for a few hundred years now and has a generally ruthless fighting style.
