I don't think thats how it works, he could at max get, likely or possibly transonic, but I want to make sure the focus is on giving him a likely far higher

Why is Naobito rated at Transonic? the Speed downgrade CRT agreed that pre-Culling Game tiers were capped below Supersonic because we've seen Naoya at his top speed exceed the speed of sound and create a sonic boom using Projection Sorcerery.
Naobito is the fastest sorcerer second to Gojo, which would mean Gojo at the very least scales above Supersonic (to an unkown degree until speed calcs are accepted) so Gojo's speed rating should be:
