either way tsuki wins imo,
his sword if it manipulates memories cant be blocked, oga will go close range if he has no infos about him, and than get his memories altered, turning tsukishima into furuiji, the moment oga lets his guard down he will be sliced into pieces,
R2: tsuki blitzes, he is high HS+ while oga is supersonic+ or a bit higher, the gap is still large ^_^
