Shoto's low 7-C isn't even damaging. It's the total energy it takes to create the Heaven Piercing Ice Wall, but that energy isn't used to damage the opponent. Most freezing/trapping them in the ice. Bakugo with his 8-C explosions was able to burrow straight through. Sho's casual swings would be far greater than that. Added onto the fact that even if all that Low 7-C was directed into an attack to hit Sho, it wouldn't do much damage. But if Sho hits Shoto once, well Shoto only has 8-C+ durability

How is this fair? Aren't BNHA chars stuck in Tier 8 forever, meaning Sho wouldn't even need Severed Universe for anyone but the absolute strongest chars of BNHA? With it, he solos the verse.
