Because it was created from the remains of two """"omnipotent"""" beings, a wound from it can cause instant death to anyone even """"omnipotent"""" and omnipresent beings. It can kill even with just a touch.

Constantine owns Twin Blade and Moon Blade. The two share the same trait one hit killing whatever they face with those. If the Hellblazer Wikia says that shouldn't we take it as a power if it uses said item?

We do not use Omnipotence, but I suppose that adding a One Hit Kill ability with equipment might be fine, although it should preferably be specified how powerful those beings were.

Regarding the Attack Power it would grant, I think, that it would be better to have it at Varies ss John stabs the First of the Fallen but we don't have a profile for said character in the wikia and he cannot defeat Remiel and Duma, the angels that govern Hell in Sandman. Neither of them have a profile but Dream of the Endless couldn't harm them, but there are no confrontations between them. I also will find a way to make this clear:

Because of the First's powers, he didn't die but was instead turned into a powerless mortal. John later kept it in a box together with his other magical weapons
