Should there be an immortality type for robots?

What I mean is should there be another immortality type added for "True Robots". By "True Robot", I mean that the character lacks a conventional soul, conventional mind. Somebody with this immortality would automatically be immune to Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Death Manipulation (Due to not actually being alive) and are not conventionally affected by ageing and age manipulation. Should this be a thing?
