Shanice meets Xodros on a street while going to meet some friends.

Shanice attempts to shoot him but he dodges

Xodros: Wait a second what are you talking about?

Shanice: I must give you credit, you are pretty fast.

Xodros: Are you even listening to me?

Shanice attempts to shoot him agai

Xodros: Haha! Do you really think you can kill me? Im a God!

Shanice lands a hit on him

Shanice: You were saying?

Xodros' wound heals nearly instantly

Shanice: .....god dammit.... Well, I guess that's an excuse to get serious, but first, let's go somewhere else

They take the fight to another universe

FIGHT!

Speed Equalized and both are High 4-C.

This is Hard to Decide. They both have equal AP and Durability, with Xodros having a slight advantage. And Xodros' type 5 immortality counters Shanice's Death Manipulation and Deconstruction. Plus, they both have Antimatter Manipulation and Xodros gets stronger every minute he's in any kind of sunlight.
