Hmm... I'm a bit torn then. Shaggy definitely has the hax to kill Archon... But Archon could easily oneshot in this form. It's a bit of an inconclusive to determine which would be able to do the other first... So it might be best to change the forms.

Well, let's just say Shaggy's casually above Thanos and the IG, who can clear multiple 2-As with ease. Hell, the Infinity Stones are said to be his kidney stones.
