Low tier vampires such as the first one shown, survived all limbs being cut off, and was stated on panel that the only way to kill an undead like a vampire is by COMPLETELY destroying the head in its entirety, or major body dismemberment. Then there are the royal vampires or top tier vampires who are shown to have Regenerationn far far more advanced, being able to survive and regenerate from a single eye (orlondi) and gelda who regenerated an entire destroyed head. For royal vampires it requires complete body destruction, like izraf from Escanors Sunshine.

Currently Izraf, gelda, and orlondi are listed as low-mid. Which as shown is far higher then low-mid (also this is my first post so sorry if I did something wrong)
