Scaling Speed Obtained With Time Manipulation

In my own power scaling system, there are tiers of speed above infinite speed that are still below immeasurable speed. One of them is multiverse per year where you are capable of circling infinite universes within a year. My character can circle a universe and all its infinite timelines (all of which are the same size as a universe) in a second by using time manipulation to cut through the time block (look up block time theory if you don't understand) but cannot travel an entire multiverse within a year. Is it still valid to give the character multiverse per year speed or should I give them universe per year speed instead?
