I was reading the Madara/Kaguya fight recently, and then it dawned on me. Naruto and Sasuke physically are scaled from Toneri's Localized Reincarnation Explosion, which is calced at country level.
Sasuke and Naruto's base stats should be much higher. The reason for this is because for starters, Naruto was tanked the Country Level blast with 0 injuries and nearly emptied of all chakra. He was at his lowest. According to VsBW's scaling definitions:
Naruto's Durability should be At Least, Country Level, Likely Higher and by extension Sasuke's as well.
But, we know that their Durability is much higher for Sasuke's feat:
Sasuke tanked a punch from Madara's Limbos, which could draw blood from Six Paths Naruto:
Madara's striking strength is listed as Moon Class+.
With this evidence it's pretty Clear that they are above simply Country Level, so I propose this:
Durability:
At Least Country Level, Likely Moon Level+ (Physically) (Sasuke Tanked Strikes from Madara's Limbos)
