Well, considering that sargeras MURDERED goku last time, and the fact that golden frieza is weaker than SSJB goku/vegeta (Goku only lost due to him lowering his guard), sargeras win this by a million miles.

Actually, frieza wouldn't even think about STARING at sargeras, he's that mighty. Sargeras' fel-body could MURDER the mortal body, mainly due to how much heat he has within him. The fel is a life draning source of energy as well, so even if frieza was able to touch em, his life would drain in the process, which is most likely how the pantheon got rekted as well. The fel is just too overwhelmin, even for gods. And remember, Titan + Fel + might + Army + Legion +Immortality = Bye frieza.
