Ichigo wins due to better durability and the ability to survive attacks that would normally kill a human + he has a sword 1 single direct hit and sarada would die.

Both are 8-C, and Ichigo, nor the Menos and renji have a calc listed for the time, so IDK about him having more "AP".
Ichigo may have a sword, but at best prior to Urahara's training, his combat skill is lower than Tatsuki's. I'm more inclined to say Sarada is equivalent to his skill level at least if not better.
Also, this may change in the future as Naruto revisions are stalled, but Sarada's versatility is being discounted. I'd suggest checking her [page] to see a list of Jutsu.

Not all of her jutsu are listed there, I think. 8-C is not a wide tier at all. I don't think it matters who's higher.
Of course, those votes barely take Sarada's abilities into account, if at all. She already beat that girl who was wielding two swords at the same time, and had an advantage of sorts due to the mist and the presence of water in the area of their battle, which allowed her to constantly pressure Sarada and keep her on her toes, essentially forcing her to improvise and utilize her smarts, while paying attention to the little details in the surroundings to defeat her. The argument that Ichigo would win with a direct sword hit was already the case of Sarada against Buntan, whose abilities are factually more versatile and dangerous as opposed to Ichigo's at this point.
To add to this, Buntan had prior knowledge of the abilities granted to Sarada by the Sharingan, namely the obvious precognition and illusion / mind hax which Ichigo...doesn't. Sarada can predict and copy his movements and sword swings, allowing her to effectively capitalize and exploit any openings in his defense and also counter slashes in time with lightning infused kunai and shuriken + she has the range advantage with her balls and bolts of lightning, Great Fireball Technique and can further increase her offense and defense with an armor of lightning. Or she could just, you know, use genjutsu. Ichigo knows nothing about the Sharingan, and even if he does, Sarada managed to ensnare Buntan in an illusion when she had prior knowledge.
Depending on the location, she could also immobilize Ichigo with ninja wires. And that's not even counting the distraction and evasion tactics with smoke bombs, which can also be used as an avenue for reprieve and breathing space just in case, while allowing her to properly and critically analyze the events of the fights up to that point and prepare adequate strategies, paper bombs to act as smokescreens, Kawarimi and shadow clones for the obvious stuff.
Ichigo's real advantage is flight and probably the better mobility that it could afford him, but he doesn't have Getsuga Tenshō at this point to make it really count, and Sarada can propel herself with shadow clones.
