KARMA: Whatever is struck by one of Sans' attacks. It essentially functions as poison damage for one's soul.

Karma wasn't even brought up or used in this fight. Besides, if we insist that Sans fought alongside Papyrus, then Sans clearly didn't have the same level of power he usually has. This is pure speculation.

Sans wins, since Sans can use his Blue Soul attack and his KRAMA to drain Ryu's hp. Also, Sans' bones will stuck Ryu...

Hmmm, If Ryu gets the chance to tap into Evil Ryu, then I have to vote for him. Ryu can teleport away (maybe?) from Sans attack, and perform the Raging Demon on him, in result of destroying his soul and his body.
