Saitama is actually roughly 3 to 4 exatons as from what I've been told, the power of the serious punch is the CSRC plus the serious punch combined

It's not based on the soul afaik. So I don't think he can interact with souls

I'm inclined to think that Saitama can interact with intangible beings such as ghoul or souls or whatever. He not only breaks into a spiritual place, but also interacts with intangible beings there (such as Phoenix Man and Child Emperor. Their physical body weren't there, they were fighting each other outside of that spiritual place, but Saitama could still talk with them (presumably their souls or something similar to that, but it is definitely not their physical body))

Regardless, he is listed as one of the users who can interact with intangible beings here.
