Satou Hiroshi
Let's start with the easier one. Satou's ability makes it so that the events around him take the most cliché course. Up to this point that seemed to be more or less within what is physically possible.
With chapter 235 this has changed:
Following the manga cliché path, Satou's baseball club developed super moves that are beyond human capabilities.
That not only indicates that Satou's ability is a good bit more powerful than currently assumed, but should also justify giving him Power Bestowal.
Saiki stopping a volcano
There is this volcano in Japan, the most powerful in history, that Saiki tries to stop each year only to fail and reverse time by 1 year to prevent Japans destruction. (link, link)

What we learned recently is that Saiki doesn't fail because the volcano is too powerful for him to hold back. As he explains in chapter 237 if holding the explosion in was the problem he could have easily done it. The reason he fails is that supressing the explosion in one spot just makes it happen in a different spot. What this means is that Saiki is actually more powerful than the volcano.
What would that put Saiki at? The most powerful eruption in human history was that of the Tombora. It released 1.2*10^27 ergs of energy in its explosion which is 1.2*10^20 J.
If there is doubt about the statement of it being the most powerful vulcano ever, one could settel on some lower values, but I would suggest this for now.
It should be noted that this is Saiki with 1 limiter removed, not base Saiki.
Durability?
Saiki states here that he wouldn't die from the volcano erupting right below him. Not sure if that validates a durability upgrade or if we should assume him making use of his abilities to not die... perhaps a "possibly".
Clones
Lastly we have a new ability for Saiki: The ability to create a copy that has identical power to himself.
