Could someone tell me what is allowed and what isn't? As far as I know, youtube personalities aren't allowed, but then Filthy Frank decided to go ahead and create a book with actual lore and feats. ??? I don't really get it.

Then there's the "Music Video Persona" thing. Could anybody run me through the rules a little please?
