Ruby Rose vs Feitan

Although Ruby may have a better speed to hurt feitan, Feitan can tank most of the damage and then use the damage to amplify his heat to fry Ruby with Rising Sun.

How can he tank the damage when he has City Block level durability and Ruby's AP is Multi-City Block level?

Most. She's not going to immiadietely going to hit multi city block. (almost) No one just pulls their trump quickly. All I'm saying is that when he takes damage, it adds to his destructive capability.

How is hitting with a serious attack a trump card? Because Ruby's serious attacks are Multi-City Block level, something much higher than Feitan's durability.

I guess you're not understanding what I'm trying to say.

Sure, Feitan may have city block durability, but what's the worse he's taken so far? A broken arm? My real point I'm trying to get across is his Pain Packer. The stronger the damage he's being afflicted the stronger his Rising Sun will become.

Anyway, I say it's like 40/100 Feitan

60/100 Ruby

You do realize Ruby has MCB level striking strength right? She could literally oneshot him before Pain Packer even takes effect.

That's why Ruby tkes the larger portion. Feitan's not going to just stand there while she attacks, he does have en to give him some sort of idea of the direction she'll be coming. I'm not saying that's exactly how it happen but I'm just thinking of continous fights countless times.

With the huge speed gap he may as well be, he won't have a chance to move and there's no way he'd be able to see her coming.

That's what en is for. En is a part of nen which has his "will" or energy or whatnot they call it, processes it within a given radius, typically 50 meters, regardless if it is within their eye view or not. There's not really much on feitan exactly, except his fight with zazan which everyone repeatedly said that he was in fact, "rusty," with him using his speed, thus why he gets somewhat of a higher boost rather than 30/100 winning or lower.

Has En been shown to work against characters much faster than him?

Either way, Ruby should win due to the fact that she is strong enough to one shot him and has a considerable speed advantage.

Well we can't really say since he literally had one fight so far...
