I gotta give it to Ryu with moderate difficulty.

He has higher base durability, and the boost in both durability and striking power if Ryu gets all freaky evil and stuff is pretty huge. Also, when Ryu transforms into Evil Ryu and comes down from it, it isn't life threatening (Proof at 5:35). Rock Lee increasingly risks death every gate he opens.

Drunk Lee might, scratch that, WILL cause a problem, but it always ends when Lee sobers up.

Yep, I think Ryu got dis.

Ryu wins. Especially if he goes Evil Ryu. Evil Ryu managed to fight evenly with Normal Akuma ( not Shin since Shin Akuma is on a complete different level and is the greatest SF being ). Normal Akuma destroyed an island with a imperfect technique he was mastering, survived the depths of the sea where pressure completely obliterates normal humans and his power was shown to easily defeat Gill from SF3, Bison from SF2 and Gouken before SF2 with a single Shun Goku Satsu.

Also, if this is late SF:V Ryu or SF3 Ryu, he easily wins since he doesn't need to go Evil Ryu anymore to use said power and is more powerful than his old, evil self.
