No love for snipers... Then again, the way they fight is not the usual way most battles here go.

As for the battle, I'd give it to Reki. She has a better sniper rifle, and the bulletproof uniform might help her if Riza doesn't go for a headshot. I also think that Reki is more skilled as a sniper. I can't recall any particular good shots from Riza, at least not anything one wouldn't expect from a decent sniper/marksman character. She's a pretty good shot and admittedly, doesn't get to do much due to homunculus laughing off bullets. Meanwhile Reki can pull off ricochets and excellent long-range shots. I remember that in the anime she shot a bomb on the underside of a moving bus through the railing of a bridge while she was in a moving helicopter nearby.

Riza might have a chance at close range due to being pretty good with dual pistols and Reki lacking anything for close range except for a knife. But since this is a sniper duel, odds of they closing distances so much are low.
