Ristar is a young but highly intelligent humanoid shooting star in the game Ristar. In Ristar he is summoned by the Goddess of the Cosmos Oruto to save the Valdi System from the tyrant rule of General Kaiser due to his feather (The Acient Hero) failing


Feats & Abilities

Ristar's main ability is the power to stretch his arms and use them for various uses such as acrobatics and swinging across vines, bars and ETC...However his main use of his stretchy arms comes in the form of grabbing his enemies and tackling them with a crushing headbutt [/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba(0,0,0,0.87)]Ristar has also shown the ability to manipulate and create massive balls of light and he's also shown he can create light from merely flying across the cosmos (Which you really should have expected cause you know he is a Shooting Star after all) [/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba(0,0,0,0.87)]Ristar has also shown the be resistance to most forms of attack and it took Kaiser's strongest attacks to even harm the dude make him virtually Invulnerable to physical attacks, The most you can do to Ristar is push him back and this is also shown in the game as well when it takes General Kaiser's strongest attack to even harm him


Ristar also has the Anti-Gravity Shoes which allow him to increase and decrease Gravity at will which the latter ability he uses to give himself another form of flight [/COLOR]

Feats & Speed

Ristar was able to create a Galactic Shine (A massive shine of energy and light) that spanned across the center of the Galaxy which is shown in the stage select screen to have atleast two galaxies and a nebula cloud contained within the center[/COLOR]

On the topic of Ristar's speed he can also resist the forces of Blackholes and even outrun them which is shown several times both in Kaiser's boss fight and afterwards when he condenses into a Singularity [/COLOR]

Conclusions

Ristar is Multi-Galaxy Level with casual MFTL+ Speeds

But that's ignoring the idea that he created this shine in the center of the galaxy which is shown to have other galaxies within the same constellation...That's easily Multi-Galaxy Level...

I think that almost all of this seems reasonable, although the shining feat was calculated as Multi-Solar System level. Multi-Galaxy level would require him to actually destroy several galaxies in a single strike.

Can someone show me the galaxy shine calc? Because iirc, lightning up the whole universe isn't that far above baseline MSS

Lighting, energizing and destroying are all vastly different things. In this case, the lighting was only calculated at 4-B. Like Kaltias said, lighting up the entire universe is only in the GigaFOE range or so. Where is Multi-Galaxy coming from, anyway?

It's stemming from the fact he effected the center of the galaxy in the intro which is shown to have planets, stars, a nebula cloud and two galaxies....All of which he effected
