Velvet Crowe, the lord of calaminty, who set out to avenger her younger brother's death from her brother in law vs Dimitri, the next king of the Holy King of Faerghus, seeking revenge against Edelgard for believing that she's responisble for the Tragedy of Duskur.
Velvet is 7-B and Dimitri is 7-A and speed is equalized.
 
Dimitri has a significant AP advantage of being 170.9 Megatons. I don't quite see a calc for Velvet's 7-B rating, so this may be a stomp.
 
That would make it an even bigger stomp but in Velvet's favor.
