Uhh so to start things off I think Man with the mask victim starts with biting whilst smokey victim uses the power of these hands.

Alright so Mcgruff seems to be the more skilled of the two seeing as he appears decently skill in hand to hand. Mcgruff also isn't against using acrobatics in order to get opponent (seen when he skillfully flips over one of Smokey's punches) which should actually be quite usefull seeing that Goji seems to favor overpowering his foe first and then maul them.

Also while it isn't very durable, The Circle of Respect could push off Smokey, so it would be quite useful if he did get caught off guard by Goji (Altought considering both are peak human, Goji might have a hard time trying to overpower Mcgruff.) And while he's unable to act during Time Stop, it could let him better analyze his situation and surrounding to better combat Goji

So for Goji, he has some pretty big advantages with the blood breath which McGruff doesn't really have a counter for outside of the circle of respect, which can still be broken, nor does he have away around the powerful regen

But McGruff seems to have better LS, skill, and could theoretically incap Goji if needed, though with the regen idk how easily that could happen

Do we have any idea how long it takes for Goji to regenerate? Depending on the time frame Mcgruff could deal some pretty severe damage to him before he could heal it off

From what I can tell it seemed to be maybe a few minutes to hours, though we never get an exact confirmation of time in the series

For the sake of argument, let's say it take Goji a couple of minutes to regen the damage. Mcgruff would need to capitalize heavily on damage but that would be hard to do sense he needs to keep on dodging Goji's attacks to keep himself shaped up.

Goji seems to win this more often then not but Mcgruff won't go down without a fight

I'll count this as a vote for the Man In The Suit
