Not sure. But the New TOAA (The one in the Infinity Ending storyline), is not a accurate version of TOAA, it has alot of writing inconsistencies and should definitely not be 1-A.

Thanos is greater than new toaa and so is Oblivion.

What makes Oblivion much much greater than Thanos with the regulator is that thanos needed that to have absolute control over all of reality/creation, having more control even more than toaa. However all things pertaining to creation are all phantoms and illusions to Oblivion, including the very creation the regulator supposedly control...that's a very large gap between the two. Thanos became creation and thus still an illusion compared to oblivion. After becoming everything Thanos was still somewhere in Oblivion, an irrelevant sperk one can say.

But who is the most powerful being in the marvel Universe if toaa is below astral regulator and this is battle for the second most powerful?

IMO, how even the new toaa was portrayed in infinity ending and the comic prior didn’t align with they were portrayed in infinity finale hell they portray him to be below oblivion which is cap anyways. But ye oblivion would one shot thanos.
Also why is regulator thanos put at 1A? I don’t recall him beating the true forms of the abstracts in infinity conflict and ending it just kept mentioning the universe and the only time it mentions the multiverse is when the above all others said that thanos was causing a domino effect via abusing the regulator, he also mentioned something about still being a part of the Almighty so I’m confused on this.
If I got something wrong correct me
