Currently we rate him High 6-A based on his lifting strength feat of moving the continents. However, that is just a legend. In the anime, Regigigas struggled to move a giant glacier and needed help. I don't think its PIS or an outlier, but I'm pretty sure if the feat contradicts the statement, the statement could just not be valid. And I know Regigigas and the mamoswine did move it, but if you can supposedly move continents, Regigias would effortlessly move the glacier.

He could still be High 6-A for scaling to the Hoenn legendaries, but the lifting strength needs to be downgraded

I see him struggling at first, then channeling some sort of power and doing it just fine.

What was that power-up? I haven't seen the episode.

It still moved it really slowly, though

This was in Giratina and the Sky Warrior

The vast majority of my knowledge comes from the video games, the first generation anime, and the last two generations of anime.
I haven't seen that movie.

If it was his own power, then this isn't really an antifeat.
It just means he wasn't trying hard enough at first, he probably underestimated the weight of the iceberg.
If he stomped around at full power all the time he'd probably destroy the continent.

That's just speculation but the bottom-line is he did indeed push it. The fact that he didn't yeet it to the Moon doesn't really matter.

That too. The fact he moved it slowly doesn't matter either.
Even if he could launch it across the country in one push, he could simply decide not to.

I mean, I don't throw my water bottle over my head every time I lift it. Same deal.

Adding to it, the regi trio creation is also part of the legend and that part is confirmed so i don't yeah, is just the anime being inconsistent at worst
