Regenerationn with no level on profiles?

I've noticed this before, it's a small thing but I occasionally find profiles that have Regenerationn listed as a power but give no level.

Example: Several Superman (Post-Crisis) have Regenerationn at Mid-Low but then there are some with Regenerationn but no level. Like Superman (Pre-Crisis), Superman (Strange Visitor), and I think another one. Also, Blue Marvel has Regenerationn but no level listed.

Is there a reason for this (like them not being updated maybe?), and are there other characters like this?.

i think it is just laziness, this is also the case for many other toon force using cartoon characters

Considering it's the comic files, probably just because they're outdated.

Celestials don't have a level either. Guess it really is a comic character thing. Just going to half to wait I guess.
