Seeing as pseudo-legendaries are an unofficial fan-made category, is it really proper to scale it to Tyranitar because of this?

Yeah that would not work at all. I means the pseudo legendaries are a fan term and basically it depends on the stats for these Pokemons that have a stats of I think 600 for the pseudo legendaries.

Yeah, we don't use them. It's certainly a godawful way to scale
