Regarding Cell's P&A

On our page for the Toei version of Cell, we currently add all the abilities of the people he has the cells of.

However, if we look at our Manga Cell page, we see that he has barely any abilities outside of the usual at all. This is extremely strange considering the reasons Toei Cell has the abilities of the Z Fighters is basically the same reason Manga Cell has those.

So why this massive difference?

This is because of the Toei level and not to mention that Cell is immortal in the Toei version (that alone guarantees you an entire page for that version)

Sorry, i didn't really read it right and thought it was because the Cell Toei profile exists.
