What do you mean? Are you asking if dreaming with those make a character tier 0

I say the simple fact that characters dream of let's say a world or multiverse should be level 0 since they would also dream of things aleph the singer theory or a multiverse type 4 which would lead to level 0

If you are suggesting literally every character is Tier 0, no, that's not how that works. Only way this would be legit is if said characters originate from a Tier 0 realm, and not say, a 3D realm. If the characters were from a 3D realm, the dream would be Tier 11, as regardless of it's contents, it's fictional compared to a 3D one. And also:

Thirdly, Author Avatars do not equate tier 0 boundlessness, and characters beating/killing their authors are not quantifiable nor meaningful feats. For instance, while The Lord of Nightmares beat her writer with a shovel, said "writer" was still a fictional character, and in no way, shape or form can LoN affect real people, or actually defeat her real world writer. Similarly, no one should look at real life humans as a "tier 0 species", simply because we can write stories.

Dreams are just real world examples of immersion. It's hax, nothing special about it.

He's right though. Reality>Fiction differences have nothing to do with dimensions, necessarily, it's just considered a close equivalent, and can be way beyond that. They usually have some indication of not just being normal humans though. For example, SCP 3812 and SCP 001 both were regarded as having a "higher" consciousness. (Although, SCP beings are all higher D compared to their real world counterparts now. Pataphysics has considered there to be an extra narrative dimension in all layers that determine how real they are).
