What tier would your character(s) be if you weren't allowed to powerscale them, but had to rely only on their own feats?

You can also comment on their hypothetical speed, lifting strength and other statistics, if you want to be a completionist.

Feats wise, at least 5-A, likely low 1-C. Dude ripped apart two dimensions and whatnot.
Statements wise: low 1-a

LS: class K via lifting a boat, class Y at peak for lifting an entity who was almost comparable to a planet in size

Speed: massively FTL+. Moved interstellar distances in s few seconds, moved so fast twisted time and space.

Durability: comparable to his ap

Intelligence: still extraordinary genius

Dan Phantom... he's basically future Danny but since he doesn't consider himself Danny anymore I'll use his own feats

AP: He can destroy entire buildings with a single attack and destroyed Vlad's mansion with an attack so he'd be Large Building level, and his Ghostly Wail an shake a Town/City which i guess is likely City Block level stuff maybe.

Speed: I guess Unknown since he doesn't do much in that regard.

Lifting Strength: he can throw futuristic tanks so Class 100 most likely.

Striking Strength: Should be the same as his base AP.

Durability: Should be the same as his base AP.

Intelligence: He's sociopath but still capable of using his abilities effectively in combat so Average to Above Average i guess.
