i am not very familiar with the character or the franchise it comes from, but i believe it was discussed a month or two ago and the upgrade was turned down...

The weapon in question is the RYNO V right? While it was, as you said, mentioned to be the most powerful weapon in the universe in game it doesn´t look to be powerful enough to blow up a planet or anything. What I saw of the weapon being used makes it look a lot weaker than that. (and from what I read it isn´t even the most powerful weapon Ratchet has in game, which would also contradict the statement).

Okay, so the supposed galaxy buster was calculated to at best 54 Megatons? It sounds like Big-AI98 might be on his way to earning a block after all for a constantly offensive and unreasonable attitude towards you, and attempted massive character wanking.

Also Antvasima, the calc was based on the description of the weapon, it wasn't based on a feat, it uses a certain kind of thing in its ammo that'd actually result in large scale destructive power when just using small portions.

54 megatons was the high end tho, and yeah 54 megatons is city level+
